Overview

This Town Hall 18 base layout utilizes an off center Town Hall position to lure attackers into heavy early fire. Since the Eagle Artillery is now merged directly into the Town Hall structure, the central core relies heavily on the Hero Hunter crafted defense to eliminate enemy heroes early. The tactical inclusion of candle defense and cake defense provides brilliant multi target zone denial against both swarms and smash pushes.

Pros and Cons

Pros:

Off center Town Hall creates awkward pathing for full base pushes
Hero Hunter crafted defense quickly neutralizes opposing hero charges
Spread out high value defenses prevent easy value from spell overinvestment

Cons:

Right side entry points offer clean funneling options for Queen Charges
Town Hall side heavy fire leaves opposite edge slightly lower in burst damage
Core compartment can be vulnerable to well timed Siege Blimp drops

Strategy Tips

Position air sweepers so they blow attackers into the range of the candle defense
Fill the Clan Castle with heavy air units to reinforce the Hero Hunter defense
Keep giant traps near the cake defense to amplify splash damage on ground pushes
